Carmen is a new group featuring a handful of locals, including Carnivores' Philip Frobos (vocals), Frankie Broyles of Deerhunter (guitar), Amanda Morelli (bass), and frequent Crib Notes contributor/drummer in too many bands to name Billy Mitchell coming together for a gig when not wrapped up in their various other endeavors.
